Do I need to be in shape to join Titan?
Absolutely not. Titan is built for real people at every level — beginners, seasoned athletes, seniors, and everyone in between. Our instructors are experienced at scaling workouts to your current fitness level and helping you progress at your own pace.
What should I bring on my first visit?
Just bring a valid ID, comfortable athletic clothing, and a water bottle. We have everything else you need on-site. If you're attending a class, arrive 5–10 minutes early to introduce yourself to the instructor.
How much does a membership cost after the trial?

Are there contracts or cancellation fees?

Can I do personal training during my free trial?
Personal training is a separate paid service, but during your trial you're welcome to ask any of our staff or instructors questions about your form, programming, or goals. They're happy to point you in the right direction.
I'm older / have physical limitations. Is Titan right for me?
Yes. We specifically offer Silver Sneakers — a low-impact program designed for active older adults — as well as Yoga. Many of our members train around injuries or age-related limitations. Let us know your situation when you come in and we'll set you up with the right program.
