Led by Milford, Titan's resident Cross Training specialist, this class is one of the most popular in the gym for good reason.

Combining Latin-inspired moves with upbeat music, this fun, calorie-burning workout is perfect for all fitness levels. You don't need to know how to dance β you just need to show up with energy. Zumba at Titan is a full-body party that burns serious calories while feeling like anything but a workout.
